This is the sheet for the calculation that keeps going round the internet, the one where half the replies say 1 and half say 16. The disagreement is never about arithmetic. It is about which operation you are allowed to do first, and there is a settled answer: brackets, then indices, then division and multiplication, then addition and subtraction. Work through sixteen questions on that order and the famous puzzle stops being a puzzle.
What is on the sheet
The first questions are short, two operations at a time, so the order is the only thing being tested. From there the calculations grow: brackets that change the answer, powers sitting next to a multiplication, and a final few where two operations of equal rank sit side by side and the rule is simply to work left to right. Sixteen questions with a full answer key, and every answer is worked out by the same code that sets the question, so the key cannot drift.
Marking it
If either shows up more than once, the order of operations lesson walks through the same calculation both ways so they can see where the two answers separate.
